Leading with purpose is more challenging now than ever.
Our rapidly changing world adds stress and anxiety to our lives at every turn.
How will you respond to this moment?
Join a bold and courageous community of leaders in Nosara, Costa Rica in April 2024.
Sharpen your sense of purpose and meet this moment with strength and resilience.
Become the Conscious Leader that your team – and the world – needs now.
Leadership is not a role – it’s a way of being! We cannot not have influence – the question is are we having positive or negative influence, appreciation or depreciation? We are all leaders, but you have to “awaken” to the true leader inside.
Your Quest will take place in the jungles and beaches of Nosara, Costa Rica.
This is a town where people come for enlightenment – there is a heart energy and healing quality that abounds. Nosara is home to yoga retreats, surfers, lovers of nature and a slower pace of life. All this creates a special community, and you will be supported along your journey by fellow travelers, the jungle, the beach and even the dusty roads.
Attendees will stay at the Costa Rican boutique beach hotel Olas Verdes which is a short walk from our retreat base at Casa Verano Eterno. Other excursions will take place throughout the Nosara community.

Melissa is a hospitality specialist who uses her innate understanding of personal needs, sense of duty and creativity to amplify opportunities and solve problems as a liaison for visitors to Costa Rica.
A true world ambassador at heart, Melissa moved to Costa Rica in 2005. She fell in love with the Costa Rican nature and lifestyle which gave her the right platform to dive deeper into her practices. She has traveled to India where she joined a Kundalini yoga training located in the foothills of the Himalayas. For Melissa this training was an experience of a lifetime. More than yoga the experience provided a deep connection within that allowed the inner voice of wisdom to come forth.

Simple 3 step process:
We will follow all CDC and Costa Rican guidelines for COVID. Masks are not required at this point, but we will follow local guidelines in case that changes. We will be mostly open air during the retreat. Anyone experiencing symptoms of COVID will be required to test and follow current guidelines.
While yoga and surfing abounds in Costa Rica, this is not a yoga or surf retreat. Both will play a role in understanding the neuroscience of energy & stress, and how we are all wired for reactivity. These methodologies are part of many practices that will be shared during TCLQ Nosara allowing the creation of space to make better choices.
You can request a cancellation and refund up until January 15th, 2023. After that date there are no refunds for cancellations (unless your seat is filled and paid in full).
Once you commit to attending the April 2023 retreat in Nosara, we will send you an invoice which will be due upon receipt. Payment options cover all credit cards, and ACH bank drafts. If you need a payment plan, please ask. We will allow you to make payments up until January 15th, 2023 when all seats need to be paid in full.
Yes, we require you to have a travel insurance policy that covers medical evacuation in case of emergency. It will also be helpful to have coverage in case of COVID or other shutdowns which out of our control. Allianz Travel and World Nomads have great travel policies.
